  Just realized I can comment on here - you can tell how much I have used Jaiko :-) I use FF to give me an overview via its feed but tend to prefer using the source applications or 3rd party apps that allow me more interaction with contacts such as Digsby

  I do not use Friendfeed much - use it more as a way of getting an overview for the day via their feed.

  Do you have any advanced tab type extensions that may be overriding this? I use Tab Mix Plus and there is a 'warn when closing multiple tabs' feature in this too.
